How often should I use it?
2 to 4 times a week for most men. Daily if your beard catches a lot of buildup (workouts, outdoor work, longer beards). The formula is mild enough for regular use.

Why not just use shampoo?
Shampoo is built to strip oil from your scalp. Your beard skin doesn't replace those oils the same way, which is where the dryness and itch come from. Beard Wash cleans without that side effect.

Do I still need to use beard oil after?
Yes. The wash cleans. The oil conditions. That's the routine.

Will it foam up like shampoo?
A light, controlled lather. No big sulfate foam because that's what causes the dryness.

Can I use it on my face or hair?
It's built for the beard, but it's mild enough that it won't harm the surrounding face or scalp if it gets there. Don't use it as your daily shampoo or face wash.

Does it have a scent?
Light and clean from the lavender and chamomile waters. Not heavy, doesn't compete with the Beard Oil scent you put on after.

Is it safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. Aloe and chamomile are specifically there for skin that reacts to regular shampoo.
